About the project

A safety-tech SaaS I founded and built solo in under six weeks. Building owners upload floor plans and print per-location QR codes; people who scan get step-by-step routes across floors, and when an operator declares an emergency every code switches to live evacuation routing to the nearest safe exit.

Highlights

• Server-side routing over a floor-plan graph with cross-floor links
• Map editor for nodes, walls, lifts and escalators
• Realtime emergency broadcast over Socket.IO
• Backend at github.com/aponchikaj/alertup_backend: routing, POI search, QR resolution, team roles
• Selected for the re:invent accelerator and pitched to investor Pavle Mgeladze
